The MST group is looking for the following equipment donations:
- 100mm wafers
- 100mm Probe system
- Dicing saw for 100 or 200mm wafers
- Litho Aligner
- DC power supplies
- Vacuum pumps
- Ellipsometer
- Raman spectrometer
- Optical components
Please contact us if you have any new or used equipment that your company would like to donate!
Funds
Any donations to the Micro Systems Technology Group can be sent as a check made payable to Cal Poly Corporation with a letter specifying that funds to support the MST research Account# 68160. The donor must acknowledge that they understand that there are no guaranteed deliverables from the students working on this project.
